'Skins expect investment to pay off
Article Abstract:
Professional football franchise the Washington Redskins's owner Daniel Snyder has invested hundreds of millions of dollars to acquire, assemble and equip one of the most talented and best paid football clubs in history. The team hopes to win the 2000 Super Bowl Title, its first since the 1991 season. In so doing, it would recover its lost glory and justify Snyder's considerable investment. The Redskins reached the National Football League playoffs for the first time since 1992 during the 1999 season.
